Subscription Terms

The plan, included users, features, usage limits, price, billing interval, currency and any add-ons are those shown at checkout, in an Order Form or in the account billing area. Taxes, including VAT where applicable, are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

A trial is available only where offered, for the period shown at sign-up. We may limit trials to one per customer, stop a trial for misuse, or change trial features. A trial ends automatically unless converted to a paid subscription; we do not charge a card unless Customer has completed a paid checkout.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the billing interval shown at checkout and renew automatically for successive intervals unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Customer authorises our payment provider to collect the recurring charges and applicable taxes using the chosen payment method.

Customer may change plans or add-ons through the billing area where available. Changes take effect as shown at checkout or in the billing portal. Upgrades may be charged pro rata; downgrades normally apply from the next renewal and may reduce features, users, storage or access to data above the new limit.

Customer may cancel a paid subscription in the billing area or by contacting support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the paid period, unless the account is suspended or terminated earlier under the SaaS Agreement. Fees already paid are not refunded except where mandatory law requires it.

If a payment fails, we may retry it, ask Customer to update its payment method and suspend the paid service after reasonable notice. Customer remains responsible for undisputed charges incurred before cancellation or suspension.

We may change recurring prices for a future renewal by giving at least 30 days’ notice. The new price will not apply before the end of the current paid term. Customer may cancel before renewal if it does not accept the change.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. Keystone does not store full payment-card numbers. The provider’s terms and privacy notice apply to its processing of payment information.
