Acceptable Use Policy

Use Keystone Site only for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with the SaaS Agreement, applicable law and documented service limits.

Do not share credentials, bypass authentication or authorisation, probe or scan the service, introduce malware, interfere with networks, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the service unless we have expressly agreed in writing.

Do not upload, send or make available content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, deceptive or harmful. You must have a lawful basis and all necessary permissions for personal data, communications, photographs, recordings and documents you submit or send through the service. Do not use the service to send unlawful marketing or spam.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or copy the service except where law cannot exclude that right; resell, rent, lease or provide the service to third parties; use it to develop a competing product; remove notices; or use AI features to generate, present or rely on output as professional advice without appropriate human review.

Use messaging, storage, API and integration features within the plan limits and supplier rules. You are responsible for credentials, permissions and data you connect to third-party services. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect customers and the platform.

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, remove or disable affected content, restrict or suspend access, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties. We will normally give notice where doing so would not create further risk or be unlawful.
