How much do I earn per customer?+
20% of subscription revenue for the first 12 months per referred customer. That's £19.40/mo on Sole, £25.80/mo on Site, £39.80/mo on Growth — every month, for a year.
How long is the cookie window?+
First-touch attribution is locked in for 60 days from the first click on your link. If they sign up later, the referral is still yours.
How and when do I get paid?+
Monthly, in arrears, on the 5th of the following month. UK bank transfer. You get a live statement and CSV export in the portal.
Do you handle VAT / tax?+
You're responsible for your own tax status. If you're VAT-registered we pay commission +VAT against your invoice; if not, we pay the net amount.
Can I refer my own business?+
No self-referrals — but if you're an existing customer you can absolutely refer other trades you know.
Is the programme exclusive?+
No exclusivity — refer alongside any other tools you recommend. We just ask that you're honest about your relationship with Keystone.
