Do I need to build a price book before I start?+
No. The planned estimator will start with sensible defaults and become more useful as you add invoices, jobs and accepted quotes. You will still be able to check and change the figures before using them.
What documents will it eventually read?+
Supplier invoices first, then credit notes, delivery notes, merchant quotations, purchase orders, previous quotes, variation orders and final invoices. The aim is to make the paperwork your business already creates easier to use.
Is my data used to train anyone else's model?+
Your invoices, prices and job data stay inside your Keystone workspace. The planned estimates are based on your business records, not a shared price list for other builders.
