No. Supplier-invoice ingestion, reviewed price learning, the Price Book and estimate-assistance code exist, but the specialist estimator workflow remains limited. This public page keeps an early-access waitlist until the experience and deployment are ready for wider use.
What can Keystone use today?+
The implemented commercial evidence layer can normalise supported supplier invoices, job expenses, quote outcomes, variations and reports. Supplier and manufacturer catalogue ingestion is not presented as a live source unless a real source path is configured.
Does invoice extraction automatically change my prices?+
No. Extracted invoice lines and commercial suggestions are reviewable inputs. Source evidence remains traceable, and manual price overrides remain authoritative.
Does Keystone learn labour productivity from installers?+
No. Labour assumptions are only appropriate from manual assemblies, accepted templates, known subcontractor rates or explicit user input. Keystone does not infer labour productivity from subcontractor execution.
Does the estimator replace the quotation workflow?+
No. Estimating suggestions are a read path into the existing quote workflow. A user must review and explicitly apply commercial information; suggestions do not silently mutate a customer quotation.
