What we collect

We collect account details, company details, customer and job information you add to the product, support requests, logs, device and browser data, and limited analytics needed to run the service. If an installer explicitly enables Auto-track on a job, the browser may provide location samples to derive an arrival or departure event. We store the resulting check-in/out point and event metadata, not a continuous route or intermediate location stream.

Why we use it

We use personal data to provide the service, support your account, process payments, deliver messages you ask us to send, keep the product secure, and improve the product and website.

Sharing and processors

We only share data with suppliers and processors that help us run the service, such as hosting, email, messaging, payments and analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations and dispute handling. Workspace admins control job anchors and can review or correct timesheet events. Installers can turn Auto-track off at any time. You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data by emailing us.
