Do I have to replace Xero, QuickBooks or my CRM?
No. Keystone handles the site-to-office operational record: jobs, evidence, customer updates, variations, completion reports and reviews. Keep your existing accounts tools where they already work.
How do I get started?
Create a workspace, add your company details, bring in one live job and invite the people who need it. Founder onboarding is available during early access if you want help setting up.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You can use the full trial without a card. Before it ends, you choose whether to continue on a monthly plan. If you do not continue, the workspace pauses rather than billing in the background.
What can customers see?
You choose what to share. Customers can receive branded updates and reports, approve variations or completion information, and leave a review without needing a full Keystone workspace.
Can I speak to a person before signing up?
Yes, but you do not need a sales call. You can explore the live workspace and start the trial yourself, or book an optional guided walkthrough with the team.
